As a senior team leader reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of AMM, the Director will oversee the critical operations of AMM'S high quality
Nurse HelpLine and Health Information Services Department. The Director will have responsibility for the call center's day-to-day operations and supervision of
its clinical and administrative staff.
The position is based in Salem, New Hampshire, 30 minutes outside of Boston, and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including a defined benefits pension plan and 401K plan. Relocation costs are included for the right candidate. Qualifications include: a minimum of five years experience in a health call center, a clinical license and staff supervisory experience.
