Employee Spotlight: Pamela Gould, RN
Sales Executive
Earlier this year, Alicare Medical Management announced the appointment of Pamela Gould, RN, to the position of Sales Executive. Ms. Gould brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience from business development and sales management to strategic planning, market analysis, training and development, and clinical assessments. She brings to her job a great deal of enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and networking skills, a high level of organization, and an appreciation for going the “extra mile” when following-up on a sales lead or supporting a client.
Ms. Gould notes, “AMM provides a very dynamic array of care management services. I am excited about becoming an integral part of the sales and marketing team.” She adds, “With an eye towards honesty and integrity, my goal is to provide the very best services that I can to support AMM’s mission. With each sales encounter that I have, I see it as an opportunity to grow personally and professionally.”
According to AMM President Claire Levitt, “Ms. Gould has a proven record in identifying and maximizing opportunities, and developing effective solutions for the organizations she has served. Given both her sales management experience and clinical background, she has become an invaluable asset to our company.”
Throughout her career, Ms. Gould has won several sales awards for excellence. Prior to joining AMM, Ms. Gould served as the Regional Sales Director for Beacon Hospice (Boston, MA), where she oversaw sales efforts for Boston and the surrounding Metropolitan region. She also served as National Sales Director for LifePlans, Inc. (Waltham, MA). As a result of her role in the development and implementation of a strategic business and marketing plan, LifePlans’ revenues and profit margins increased significantly. Her career also included the position of National Sales Trainer/Manager in Sales and Marketing for Critical Care Systems Specialty Infusion Company (Nashua, NH), where she had responsibility for assisting in the direction of sales training efforts for a team of 68 account executives and 42 general managers.
Ms. Gould earned her Nursing Degree from Becker College in Worcester. She holds RN licensure in the states of MA and CT.
Ms. Gould is a resident of Sturbridge, MA. In her spare time, she engages in numerous hobbies including hiking, running, gardening, cooking, interior design, and antique collecting.
