Our Maternity Management program provides a comprehensive prenatal health and risk management approach. The Program provides expectant mothers with health education and ongoing support and assessment through pregnancy and post delivery. Alicare Medical Management’s nurses evaluate the mother’s clinical status and history to determine the level of risk factors that may indicate pre-term births or the need for more intensive case management services.

Maternity Management Program includes the following:

• Expectant mothers receive proper prenatal care and education.

• Health risk assessment is conducted every trimester to identify any potential areas of concern or high risk.

• Patient education materials provided.

• Maternity Management Nurse coordination with attending provider and patient.

• Access to nurse support and Health Information Library 24x7.

• Case closure includes post partum education and depression screening.
